Citrus Sorting Line

The citrus processing line is an automatic assembly line for grading citrus fruits. This line is equipped with equipment such as fruit lifting machines, citrus weight sorting machines, and belt conveyors. Process flow description:
After the citrus fruits are transported to the designated location, they are manually poured into the upper fruit elevator, which then conveys them to the citrus weight sorting machine. This enables the separation of fruits of different sizes. Fruits of different sizes are then directed onto separate belts and transported to their respective fruit baskets.
This line can also be customized according to customer requirements:
The citrus grading production line is equipped with an automatic fruit loading device, and an automatic fruit returning device can also be selected for the weight sorting machine.
