The protective non-destructive sorting line is specifically designed for fragile fruits (peaches, tomatoes, watermelons, apples, pears, etc.) and large-sized fruits (watermelons, melons, pineapples, etc.) with independent and freely movable trays that provide protection. This can effectively prevent bruising, bumping and friction damage, achieving full-process non-destructive sorting and ensuring the posture of the inspected fruits, thereby further improving the stability of the inspection.
This production line operates in a cyclic manner. When fruits are loaded manually, after unloading, the empty fruit trays can automatically return.
The weighing sensors use German HBM sensors. The interface of the robot is simple and clear. The formula can be set according to customer requirements, and a total of multiple formulas can be set to ensure the accuracy of the weight of the sorted fruits.
