Notes for the Food Sorting Machine
The key to the operation of the Gaoyan type spiral classifier lies in the fineness of the grinding. The standard for it is the adjustment of the crushing particle size and the sieve holes of the grid screen. Therefore, to judge the quality of the Gaoyan type spiral classifier, we need to look at these two points. Generally, during the production of the Gaoyan type spiral classifier, it is required that the main shaft of the classifier be placed in the correct position. Due to the fact that the mineral sand in the classifier has not been cleaned thoroughly, after a long period of accumulation, the mineral sludge settles more firmly. When lowering the main shaft of the classifier, due to carelessness, the main shaft was not fully lowered, resulting in a smaller amount of backflow sand than normal. In addition, the main shaft not being lowered could also be due to the fact that the main shaft has not been cleaned and oiled for a long time. Therefore, during operation, one must pay attention to the ball mill workers must supervise the crushing system. If the particle size of the ore fed to the ball mill changes during production, it must be reflected to the crushing workshop immediately. Ultimately, the finer the crushing particle size, the better.
Wear of the blades of the Gaoyan type spiral classifier: After the blades are worn, the return sand volume decreases, causing the fineness of grinding to become coarser. In addition, if the blades are worn severely, it will affect the lifespan of the classifier. Therefore, it is necessary to check the wear of the blades in operation and replace the worn blades in time. The rotational speed of the ball mill, the rotational speed of the classifier, and the spacing of the classifier's impeller: These have been determined during the purchase of the ball mill. Please pay attention to checking and consulting when purchasing.
The height of the overflow weir of the Gaoyan type spiral classifier affects the size of the sedimentation area of the mineral sand. In production, we can appropriately adjust the height of the overflow weir of the classifier according to the requirements of the grinding fineness. If the grinding fineness needs to be finer, certain height angle iron can be welded on both sides of the classifier, and the height of the overflow weir of the classifier can be adjusted by the method of inserting a wooden lever. Sometimes, due to the long-term accumulation of mineral sludge, the height of the overflow weir can naturally increase.
The height of the lower opening of the Gaoyan type spiral classifier, the size of the lower opening of the classifier, the height of the upper opening of the classifier, and the size of the upper opening of the classifier are all made on-site during the equipment installation. In many processing plants, due to the failure to adjust the height of the opening size of the classifier during equipment installation, and the workers' lack of attention during operation, it also affects the grinding operation. If the lower opening of the classifier is low, the sedimentation area of the mineral sand becomes larger, so the return sand volume will be larger, and the fineness of grinding will be relatively finer. If the upper opening of the classifier is large, the sedimentation area of the mineral sand becomes larger, the water flow is relatively gentle, so the return sand volume will be larger, and the fineness of grinding will be relatively finer. If the upper opening of the classifier is low, the return sand volume will be relatively large, and the fineness of grinding will be relatively finer. If the upper opening of the classifier is large, the return sand volume will be relatively large, and the fineness of grinding will be relatively finer. Otherwise, it will be the opposite.
