Maintenance methods for the classifier

1. All lubrication points are lubricated with sodium-based or calcium-based lubricating grease. 

2. Every shift, check whether the internal lubricating oil of the reducer is within the oil needle scale line. Replace the oil every 6 months. 

3. Regularly inspect whether the lower support or the intermediate frame bearing bush, bearing, sealing ring are worn out, and whether the bearing bush is damaged, so as to replace them in time.

 4. The bearing lubrication must be manually pressurized with a dry oil pump to inject high-pressure oil into the bearing every 4 hours to maintain the sealing performance of the bearing.
