Fruit sorting assembly line

The fruit grading assembly line is an automatic assembly line for fruit grading. This line is equipped with belt conveyors, fruit lifting machines, fruit weight sorting machines, etc. It is mainly applicable for the weight grading of round or spherical fruits such as oranges, kiwis, apples, pears, peaches, persimmons, etc. Process flow description:
After the fruits are delivered to the designated location, they are manually placed onto the belt conveyor, and then transported to the fruit weight sorting machine via the fruit lifting mechanism. This enables the separation of various specifications, with different specifications of fruits being directed to their respective receiving bins. This line can also be customized according to customer requirements:
1. The fruit grading assembly line is equipped with an automatic fruit loading device, and an automatic fruit return device can also be selected for the weight sorting machine.
2. The fruit weight sorting machine is available in 6 or 9 different specifications for selection.
