Vibratory Drainer

Vibrating leachate machine, also known as leachate vibration screen, is a commonly used light-duty vibration leachate equipment. The linear vibration leachate screen uses the principle of vibration excitation of two opposite-steering vibration motors to make the material move in a jumping straight line on the screen surface. This machine is widely used in grain, vegetable, food and other industries. It is suitable for grading and dehydration of various materials in different degrees. The equipment is also used for dewatering the surface of food packaging bags after pasteurization and cooling, and for dewatering the surface of vegetables after cleaning. After vibration leaching, most of the water droplets have been removed, and the remaining water can be boxed and stored after drying by air dryer.

Working principle:
Vibration drainage machine is driven by double vibration motors. When two vibration motors rotate synchronously and reversely, the excitation force produced by the eccentric block cancels each other in the direction parallel to the axis of the motor and superimposes a combined force in the direction perpendicular to the axis of the motor, so the locus of the machine is a straight line. The two motor shafts have an inclination angle relative to the screen surface. Under the combined action of the exciting force and the gravity of the material, the material is thrown up and jumped forward in a straight line motion on the screen surface, thus achieving the purpose of screening and dewatering the material.
Equipment advantages:
1) The whole machine is made of stainless steel (except electrical components), which is easy to clean and meets the relevant provisions of the state on food hygiene.
2) The groove body is made of 2mm stainless steel, the stress part is made of 4mm stainless steel, and the frame body is made of 50 x 50 x 3 stainless steel square tube.
3) The screen basket is supported on four rubber springs of the frame. The rubber spring has good shock absorption effect, low noise and long service life.
4) It can be used in pipeline operation to realize automatic operation.
